If I could give them 1 star I would. When I first started it was great staff was amazing the past couple months it has been the worst. Today specifically. I drive 45min a each time I come here to bring my daughter and son. Today my daughter had an 8:00 appointment. Well traffic was backed up so I called told them I maybe a little late. I got here at 8:05. It’s now 8:51 and she Is still waiting to be seen. I asked the lady at front desk if she know how much longer. She looked with a blank face and said idk let me find out 15min later I go back to ask her because she just sitting at the desk she said well maybe because you said u were going to be late. Wait I was only 5min late and a little communication would be nice if u weren’t going to be able to see her or if there would be an extreme wait. Lobby was empty until 8:30 then everyone that has come in has been called to the back. It’s now 8:54 and I’m still waiting. I don’t recommend this place. The front desk crew are far from nice from what they use to have. At this point I literally will be looking to see if my ortho will take over the treatment from here .

Clean facility, staff is welcoming and assuring. However, I’ve been waiting since June the 5th for an updated referral to be sent to an oral surgeon. Grace due to Dr. Emily resignation on July 1st, but was reassured that Dr. Matthew Morrone or Dr. Stephen Hunsaker would take a look at X-rays and make some adjustments. With multiple messages left at front office since June 5th, no new referral has been sent over to the oral surgeon as of July 29th.

We had a dental emergency while visiting from France, and they took us in immediately. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly welcoming and kind from the moment we arrived. The dentists were also amazingly friendly, professional, and reassuring throughout the whole visit. The clinic itself is beautiful and very comfortable, you instantly feel at ease and well taken care of there. Even as visitors from France, we felt truly welcomed and supported. We’re so grateful for the excellent care and kindness. Highly recommend!

Very professional and friendly people working here, pretty blonde girl at the front desk too! Lol I feel like my son’s best interests were wholeheartedly taking precedents by the entire staff from the moment we walked in this morning at 9:18am until we left.

This place is absolutely amazing. My daughter has had the best experience with having braces and as a parent I can tell you they make the process efficient and painless. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and a joy. I can’t recommend Smile Straight Ortho enough. Thank you again Smile Straight!!
